The Wonderful World of Active Living
You go on an adventure every day when you are active. Every activity, when your body does something, it is an adventure of the body. Everything you do, whether you dance, or climb, or even make up your own games, these are all different adventures of the body and mind.
Imagine a world where every day you can choose different activities to do when you want to be active. You should know there are certain things that determine the activities that you can do today or any day. Let’s look at some of those things that determine what physical activities you can do on a given day.
Time, Preference, and More!
There are certain things that determine what physical activity you can do any day. These things can change from day to day. The treasure chest of possibilities are many. But there are four things that always determine what you can choose. These are the following:
Time: The amount of time you have, this is very important. Sometimes you have lots of it, and other times, it feels like there's not a minute to spare.
Preference: What you like to do defines the possibilities. You might like dancing, or you may like the excitement of climbing, is it riding a bike, or is it expressing yourself creatively? There's something for everyone and though you can try them all, there are always your personal favorites.
Access and Availability: Not all activity adventures you might want to do are found in the same place. Some activities might be right in your backyard, while others require a bit of exploring, or travel to do them. Not everyone has a basketball court in their backyard. But everyone can have a soccer ball to bounce around.
Sense of Purpose: This is the most important. What makes your heart race with excitement? Thinking of activities that bring you joy and purpose is discovering your hidden treasures of becoming more active.

It's all about having FUN!
