Step 2 – Make a Small Goal

“A goal is something you try to do,” Flip explained.

  • Jump 10 times in a row

  • Ride your bike for 5 minutes

  • Kick a ball to a friend 6 times

“Pick a goal that makes you excited!”

Step 3 – Keep Score

Flip said, “Write it down so you can see your progress.”
Monday – Played tag
Tuesday – Biked around the block
Wednesday – Danced in the living room

Step 4 – Keep Going

“If it’s hard, try a smaller goal,” Flip said.

  • Walk instead of run

  • Play inside if it’s rainy

  • Ask a friend to join you

Step 5 – Make it Fun

“Add music, play with friends, or make it a silly game,” Flip laughed.
“The more fun, the more you’ll want to keep moving!”
